  Survey Comment: The store manager and team is wonderful; they are knowledgeable and are not pushy on the sales aspect. The best way to sell me on replacement of my air filter is show me how dirty it is!

  The staff were all very friendly, quick, and efficient. I love how they ask permission to check additional items like cabin air filter as that was clearly needed for a change. Thank you again for the great service and we will look forward to seeing you next time!

  The team at the Rochester MN NW location was amazing. They presented and explained the oil choice options as well as additional options in a way I felt was very educational and not pushy at all. And provided discounts. I decided to add on the engine filter change (surprisingly inexpensive) as well as the transmission fluid change (I hadn't done this yet and the car has over 100,000 miles) at an excellent price with a package discount. Great team and a great deal. Feel very positive about this excellent experience and would highly recommend them!
