  I had a great experience at Tommy’s Car Wash thanks to Jaxon. He provided excellent customer service from start to finish and took the time to clearly explain the membership options without making it feel rushed or confusing. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about the customer experience—Jaxon definitely stands out. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for him!

  Just had a great experience at this drive thru car wash. Five stars. The wash was quick and efficient, and my car came out looking spotless. Everything from the exterior shine to the drying was done really well. The staff was friendly and professional, and I want to give a special thank you to Dayana. She was very helpful, made the process easy, and made sure everything was running smoothly. You can tell they take pride in their service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

  I had such a great experience at Tommy Car Wash thanks to Oscar. From the moment I got there, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. He took the time to help me out, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone that friendly and professional these days. Oscar definitely deserves recognition for the amazing service—5 stars all the way!

  10/10 experience i usually go to kwik trip or circle k for my car washes but it was my first time going to Tommy’s and spoke with Dayana she helped me sign up for a membership and walked me thru all the options and what was included and helped me pick one that was a very reasonable price I am very happy with the service I got from Dayana she was very professional and patient now my car looks beautiful thank you very much Dayana I hope you see this

  I’ve been a subscriber at Tommy’s Car Wash since the day it opened, but today I had another unfortunate experience—and unfortunately, it’s not the first time. After going through the wash this evening (March 21), my vehicle came out with a greasy, oily film covering both sides. It was so bad that you could barely see out the side windows when the sun hit them. This has happened before, but previously it was isolated to one side - this time it was across the entire vehicle. I went back through the line to speak with staff, and to their credit, the employee I spoke with was very kind and immediately knew what the issue was. He shared that an oil/hydraulic line had broken on the washer and that it would need a deep clean tonight. He also mentioned it had been “much worse this morning,” which is honestly concerning—especially since it was around 7 PM when I went through. My main concern is that if this issue was known earlier in the day, cars were still being sent through for hours despite the problem. On a busy, nice day like today, that could mean hundreds of customers left with the same issue. If you had your car washed today (March 21), I strongly recommend checking your vehicle closely—you may be owed a rewash or refund. At this point, I’ve canceled my subscription on all three of my vehicles. It’s frustrating to keep running into the same issue. I’ll be taking my business to Mister Car Wash going forward.
