  Top car wash (not listed) but equipment did a good job. Wanted a detailed wash (inside detail) but wait time didn't allow as we were traveling. Nice that someone still offers that service.

  Came to have my car washed at Mr. Car wash at the 41st street location in Rochester MN. I am a member of Mr.Car Wash. I finished with the wash and went around to go to have the interior cleaned and the supposed manager walks out and tells me that I have to leave my place in line to go all the way around the building to pay for the interior cleaned. I have never had to do this before, they walk up to you with an iPad and ask you what you want done. I needed to show them all that I wanted done so I could pay the correct amount. What a joke!!! They were extremely busy and I believe he came down the line asked everyone what they were here for and if you hadn’t pay out front they made you leave because they didn’t have enough help. Must have had 7 cars in line. As a member you just go through the line that says members only and it lets you in. They had 4 workers and the manager was even cleaning the interior of the cars. Poor customer service. Didn’t know the managers name but it was Saturday March 28th at 1:30 in the afternoon. Hopefully this review helps and next time the service will have improved!!

  Nick at the Northwest Rochester location of Mr. Car Wash really deserves a little recognition. Over the winter I watched him out there day after day in the snow and brutal cold, still moving quickly, helping customers, and keeping a genuinely good attitude the whole time. As someone who notices hard work, I really admire that kind of consistency and effort. People like Nick make the experience better for everyone, and it does not go unnoticed.

  Driving into this place feels less like cleaning your truck and more like entering a neon soap dimension. A full tunnel of swirling suds, glowing lights, and spinning brushes that look like they’re auditioning for a nightclub. Honestly, if someone rolled in a DJ booth and handed out glow sticks, this place would instantly become the cleanest rave in town. You sit there creeping forward while foam cannons blast your windshield like a bubble blizzard. Purple lights, blue lights, spinning cloth monsters… it’s like your vehicle is getting baptized by a disco octopus. When the tunnel spits you out the other side, the truck is shiny and you’re slightly disappointed there wasn’t a bass drop. 5/5 — great wash, but still waiting for the DJ. 🫧🚗🎶

  Waited 45 minutes after the wash to get in to have the interior cleaned. Had the attendant told me the wait was so long I would not have gone through. Please make this clear up front every time!
