- DPDiane PriceFeb 24, 20265.0I was at Mayo Clinic for an appointment with my mom and daughter. Our vehicle was returned from valet with 5 lbs of pressure. It was sleeting, snowing and blowing and we had a 2 hour drive home. The valet told me about your shop and I could make it there once they aired up my tire. I called to make sure you could fit us in and I spoke with Garrett. He calmed my anxiety by letting me know that they could get us in. He was truly amazing. Once I arrived at the shop, Garrett greeted me and spoke with Mat. Together they made a plan to fix my tire without having my mom have to get out of the vehicle since she cannot walk. Mat fixed my tire quickly and gave me confidence that I would make it home safely. Everyone who helped us in anyway was nothing but amazing that day. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful- it was very much appreciated!
