  Very happy with the rental we had. After having loaded up the rental truck, it wouldn't start. Enterprise came and helped us out, providing us with a new truck and even compensated us for the time lost. Lilana and Halie are professional and pleasant to work with. Will recommend them to anyone who needs a truck for moving!

  We rented through Costco and I was hoping for a specific truck spec to fit our cargo for a road trip. Rick O. reassured me he would find the truck and called me as a courtesy to confirm it was on its way. He also kindly let me know it arrived and was ready for us. It gave me peace of mind to know he knew what we were looking for and was communicative. He even went as for to test out the figment of our cargo in three separate trucks. That level of customer service inspired me to jot down this review. I really appreciated the branch manager’s customer service and courtesy.
