Wipers are now not in their resting place when not in use and sit much higher so this tells me the technician did not place the wipers in the correct ‘service’ position to take them off. Btw, there’s a button in the vehicle that places the wipers in an easy position to take them off. Now the wipers also do not clean the passenger side as well and leaves streaks. I’m beyond annoyed and most likely will need to return to the tech to fix them or I’ll have Audi fix the issue. They clearly don’t know Audi vehicles so my opinion is to take your vehicle elsewhere.

- XYxaisue YangNov 7, 20251.0I have always choose safelite for all my auto glass care. This time I went to what used to be city auto glass and the service was not the same. I am really really disappointed in the installation of my windshield. The trims around my windshield was not put back properly, the door step protector on my passenger side was dented, the clean up afterward was not good, I had to spend at lease 1 hour to clean my car again. The windshield is dirty after the install. I had a few cars to use, they didn't need to rush. Drop off in the morning, told me would take till 3pm for all the calibration, car was done by around 11am. I would be okay waiting all day for a great job done. Disappointed and will not take my car to this location again.
