- CACathy AllenJan 2, 20251.0I made a same day reservation on-line for a 12 foot truck to be picked up at Home Depot. When I arrived at Home Depot they did not have the truck available. Home Depot reached out to Penske. I spoke with the jerk at Penske and was told I would have to push it back a day. I explained I had taken the day off to do this move. The jerk said, "Well then I don't know what to tell you". I again stated I had a confirmed reservation for today, of which he said reservations had to be made 24 hours in advance. I did not see that on the website and if this is the case then why was it confirmed. The jerk said he didn't know how the website worked. Needless to say, I'm now paying additional money for a storage unit plus having to fina another way to move.
