Not sure the name of the tech barking out condescending and rude comments to customers as he sits back behind the actual counter staff (I assume he isn’t officially allowed to interact with customers because of his attitude), but I would rather drive two hours to another shop than visit this Goodyear again even though I live five minutes away from them. They’ve got a great tech named Garrett who was wonderful, unfortunately he has to work with someone who ruins returning business. The manager who was checking me out was interrupted by the same rude employee. Go elsewhere, ANYWHERE else, but here.
