  I had an excellent experience with CSC Towing & Storage. Getting stuck is never fun, but their team provided exemplary service from start to finish. They arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with great care, and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. If you’re in the Rochester area and need a tow, these are the people to call. Highly recommended

  Really helped me out! I slid into a steep ditch with some deep snow on 30th St SE in Eyota. He got there about 10 minutes after I called and it took only about 15 more minutes to tow me out. Professional and helpful. I thought it was a little pricey, but I absolutely needed their help and was more than willing to pay for it. I also don’t have any other experiences with towing services so what do I know! Thank you for your help!

  If I could give negative stars I would. My experience was one out of a movie no one would really believe. My experience started as myself and my 2 year old son finnished lunch with friends and our vehicle wouldn't start. Called insueinsu who set up CSC to come help. First the guy tried to jump it. Didn't work. During this time I was trying to console my cold, tired and scared 2 year old in the back seat. Second it needed to be pushed out of the parking spot to get it lined up for the truck. He only got it half way out of the spot and I had to get men from the restaurant to help push. After 30+ min working to get the vehicle on the tow truck I take my son into the tow truck screaming his head off and try to get him buckled and calm. The tow truck driver was upset with my son and told him to be quiet and asked me if he will ever stop with eye rolls and very annoyed. My only response was I hope so. (He was exhausted and terrified of this strange man) We finally drive away and within seconds of hitting the highway vehicles back wheel falls off the tow truck along the highway. Now he calls a second tow truck. My son and I spend another 20 min along the highway. He finally gets it back on ( we hope) and we again beginour journey. The entire ride all I head about while trying to control my son with videos, food and hugs was about my tow truck drivers life. During our ride he tells me he has only done this job 4 weeks. He tells me he has a mail order bride from the Philippines who speaks little English and they have a newborn. He tells me they fight all the time and he just leaves in his vehicle. Finally get dropped off and vehicle I hooked. Finally over and move on to fixing my car. Only 2.5 hours to get home with the tow truck. Called the shop the next day to inquire abouty vehicle. They tell me it was just the battery . Turns out the tow trixk driver didn't even know where to place the jumper cables. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
