Walked in to employees screaming at each other about covering the front and wanting to smoke. Most unprofessional store ive seen. Trust hits zero.

Called for a battery and asked if they could install. Person on the phone was great, told me they could install it, and put it on hold. 30 min later when I got there I got someone different, who told me “I’m not installing after dark, only bad things happen after dark”.
Battery was now dead again so I had to call my wife to come jumpstart the car and go home to install it myself.
Very disappointed with a store that’s usually very helpful.

Dec 26, 2025. It was about 7:55/8pm and I went here and a young guy with curly type hair didn’t seem the friendliest as I explained what was going on with my vehicle. He mumbled and didn’t seem like he wanted to help me. I asked if he could test my battery so we went outside and the tester showed that my battery is good. I however have had issues the past two winters with having to charge the battery at home to get my vehicle to start. I don’t remember when the battery was last replaced so I asked him if he could go ahead and replace it and he declined. Again I could barely make out what he was saying but something about it being night time and too much stuff going on at night time for him to do it and that he wouldn’t do it… You guys have lost a customer now. I called o Reilly up and explained what happened and the guy there replaced my battery happily. Please teach this young kid some customer service or let him go. Almost felt teary eyed because I have been battling with my jeep the past two winters and was declined to get a new battery.
