  Curious. Does the Rochester south store drive gray Chevrolet pick up delivery trucks, one with a license plate that starts with TVD or TDV and has a driver who rudely honks at cars waiting to exit onto a busy 16th Street SW?

  Went in cause I was at song tea down the road and I didn’t know if my battery or my alternator went out, although my car started up after 4 tries, it was still acting up electrically however I was able to bring it to autozone- I had explained my situation and that I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or alternator cause I replaced the alternator last month ( and the battery light comes on but it’s due to bad grounding I haven’t fixed yet cause I regularly test it myself at home with my multi meter) , but the man wasn’t sure to do and basically handed me the multimeter to do myself and then I had asked my friend who was with me to go back inside to go grab a battery tester since the voltage number was a bit strange and I wasn’t used to their multi meter compared to mine, and they explained to my friend that they lowkey don’t know how to use tools which at least theyre honest about it which I appreciate but it was a bit frustrating, especially if I didn’t have any knowledge on cars I would have been just as confused yet stranded. Thankfully I was able to get it switched out (with my own tools) since I also noticed they failed to offer any sort of tools but it was whatever. I’m not mad at them, I’m just upset that if anything they were not properly trained on how to use and operate their tools and not have enough knowledge to provide any hands on aide. At the same time it was around 8:20-8:30 PM so I don’t know if they just said that because they were just tryna get out since it closes at 9:00 PM.. Also want to also point out that, the guy was mumbling and seemed like he didn’t care also, and the lady looked like she didn’t even wanna be there to help 😭

  Walked in to employees screaming at each other about covering the front and wanting to smoke. Most unprofessional store ive seen. Trust hits zero.
