  I cannot commend the staff enough from all the explanations and cost analysis couldn't be more happy with all the service we always get at Automotive Procare!

  Amazing service! Super nice people and willing to answer my questions. Atmosphere is cozy and welcoming while you wait for your car. The tech was explanatory as to what needed to be done and why. Service with a smile! Thank you! Way to go Collin, Ian and Steve!

  I was in Rochester for my daughter in laws surgery. During my stay my power steering hose sprung a leak. Called them in the morning explained my situation. Steve got me in right away and assured me he would take care of the problem and get me back on the road. Steve also took the time to give the old clunker a quick inspection to make sure there were no other issues and the car was good to go. Good to know there’s still small town kindness in this world. A big thank you to an old school Iron Ranger from a very thankful Iron range girl

  Very good customer service. I didn’t have much time and they were able to get me in right away. Very nice people. I loved the Koi pond!! Very comfortable and clean place to wait. My only issue was that I should have asked for an estimate because it ended up being somewhat more expensive than I expected. But that was on me because I agreed to all the work and added in the replacement of the tire gauge thing on the tires.
