I got new brakes about 3 weeks ago from here, they got them done quickly and reasonably priced. Last night all the sudden I started having some really concerning sounds happening so I sent in a request for an appointment today - John called me right away in the morning to bring my car back in today and they had if fixed within like 20 minutes free of charge. My car is now driving the smoothest it ever has. Great service and great customer service. I will be back.

It’s comical to read some of the reviews on here!! Seems like people these days just can’t handle common things like inflation (price increases) or hearing the word no. Sad!! They also told me all 4 brakes needed to be replaced (not just the brake pads). Turned out that, no, my brakes were totally fine.
- JJJNov 28, 20231.0I have taken my truck here 2 times and left with more repairs than when i started. I brought my truck to this Car-x for a heating problem, he replaced my thermostat, gasket, sensor and water pump. No change in my heat, ive actually had to spend more money on fuel because its still running lean and has little to no heat. EDIT Took it to a real car repair place and guess what they are replacing? The leaking water pump that this guy at Car X put in less than a year ago. My original one last 1996 to 2022. I also tried to get him to fix the heat issue i originally brought in for after he replaced the water pump and told me it would be a few days to get back in. Pretty crazy i would have to wait after he didnt complete the repair correctly the first time. Even if they offered a warranty on their repair i would not bring it back. The 2nd time I brought it there for a brake line repair, he fixes and i pick it up. 5 miles down the highway my tire shoots off at 60 mph. The only reason he is getting 1 star is because the mechanic was pleasant and allowed me to view the video tape of my car being worked on. The video does not provide any angle that determines any fault. Mainly because you cant see that side of the car. I am not claiming he did anything to the tire. It is just very interesting that the tire fell off so close to being repaired and in this shop. EDIT what Car X response falls to note is that he said he wanted to buy this truck before I left and the tire shot off. Even worse, he goes and mentions my last name in his response. Good business response.
