  The services and people were great but I had made an appointment at 9 AM and they didn't look at my vehicle till after 1 PM which they couldn't fix my vehicle till the next day because I wasn't around my phone at that time they called me. They told me it was circumstances out of their control. I had to make other arrangements to get to work the next day which puts burden on others and myself.

  I previously worked with Taylor back in October & unfortunately i wasn’t able to get approved for a vehicle i wanted but he impressed on his professionalism that i had to go back for another try & this time i was approved! I worked with Katie and Taylor & Erik Wagner. Erik was great! He provided all the information we needed and asked all of our questions. This was my first buy at a dealership and i would go again and again! Thank you all so much for making this experience awesome 🫶🏽

  I purchased a 2023 Explorer ST from Weelborg, I'm from out of State and TJ made the process super easy. They were great to work with, we came to an agreement we were both happy with and they delivered the vehicle to my door. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would gladly buy from them again.

  I was not in any rush to purchase a vehicle, but I happened to cross paths with TJ and we ended up making a purchase. I typically do not enjoy working with salesmen because they tend to be pushy and make me feel like I need to make a choice on the spot. We packed up the family and drove a little over an hour to meet TJ after messaging back and forth for a couple days. Right from the start he was transparent- which I appreciated. He sent me some vehicles that I may be interested in after gathering some information on what I was looking for. When we got to Wheelborg the atmosphere was great. Everyone was kind and welcoming from the start. We test drove some vehicles and then were ready to talk numbers. They showed the kiddos where the lounge was located- which had great snacks, and was able to keep the kids entertained while we talked the boring stuff. They were patient with us and I expressed my concerns and overall came to my decision. Not once did I feel pressured, they gave space and time. They had just gotten the vehicle in that we decided to purchase. Since it was a Saturday and they still needed to do a few things I was not able to take it home with me. TJ assured me they would have someone bring me the vehicle on Monday. There were a couple bumps in the road before I got my vehicle, but nothing that was concerning. Matter of fact I am appreciative of the extra steps the dealership had taken! I did get my vehicle delivered to me which I absolutely love. TJ checked in on me the next day and we had a follow up conversation in regards to a windshield we had discussed being replaced. The only thing I can note was I had wished the communication with the couple bumps was a little better. I felt like I was chasing them for an answer when they should have just been communicating with me on their own. Maybe that was just me being impatient. Regardless, I was very impressed with the dealership and staff, and TJ was great to work with! I hope to not be purchasing any other vehicles any time soon, but they will have my business next time!

  I bought a 1991 Corvette from Weelborg Ford. I bought the car sight unseen and the Dealership assisted with transporting the car to Texas.That was a bonus. The entire process was seamless. I was impressed by the politeness, professionalism and communication from the staff. A shout out to Erick, Jowell and Tom. Job well done gentlemen.
