From drain plug torque being wrong, drain plugs gaskets not being replaced, air filters being cut down to fit in vehicles when they dont have yours, extra fluid being added and not fixed, not one but two Subarus with a drained transmissions and double filled oil. Its only a company still because people want everything done now. This location does not honor valvoline coupons and the walmart up the road sells a valvoline brand oil change for 20 dollars cheaper if you can think ahead and schedule a day in advance.

After some time, the check engine light came on. I checked and didn't notice anything too unusual. Well, I am a busy person year round, so I finally brought it back in at the end of August, topped me off with oil, said the transmission line was rusting through, they said get it fixed by your regular mechanic. Alright, they saw it, all good, I'll bring it in now. I finally got it repaired yesterday, and I was told the transmission fluid was overfilled by 2 quarts upon pickup. This vehicle I have is a 2015 with virtually no rust, so the transmission line should of not rusted through. I came in today, talked to the manager, and here he is being "Oh, you didn't bring it again. We topped you off on oil". And then he kept saying you put oil in the transmission and that I should talk to the customer care team. While yes, the oil you put in is "Transmission Fluid", you don't put in engine oil, let alone call transmission fluid "oil", and that it was "under" a quart. Overall, this has so far costed me over $600 as thankfully the transmission itself wasn't done for, just the lines. If I can't trust them with transmission fluid, how can you trust them with an oil change? This is the only review I have written about, and is a shame it has to be something terrible happening. I would not recommend it.
