- BBBen Behnke3 days ago5.0I had come in looking to build out a custom RC trailer, Neilee was perfect. Very knowledgeable gave great suggestions and wasn't pushy. I picked up the trailer on Monday the 2nd looked perfect! Got home (18 min drive) and the 2 front diamond plates popped off as well as the side panels. I was extremely disappointed and very upset. I was close to just canceling the transaction in total. It is unacceptable what had happened. Then I brought the trailer in on Tuesday the 3rd. Megan was extremely nice and very helpful here. She was willing to rush the work and cram her technicians day(s) so my trailer could get done. Then Scott came along, he made the whole situation right. He offered to bring the trailer back out to me so I didn't have to drive back and grab it. And he offered to give me a hefty % off on any and all merchandise/ accessories that I wanted. This is how you get return customers!!! I would and will be coming back to M&G whenever I need a new one or work done on mine. It all started with Neilee, because if she was a bad sales rep. I wouldn't have done business with M&G. Megan was a phenomenal neutralizer and very honest. And Scott was the closer. I could tell he cared about the situation and he made things right! I gave them a deadline and even though they were behind in the shop they got my trailer in and fixed it up. Lori was very informative and always called to give me updates on prices and progress. Filled out credit app got a quick call the next day from salesman who said he’d check i’m changing the gooseneck hitch to a fifth wheel kingpin set up and get back to me. Waited all day. Never heard nothing get a call Saturday morning from the same salesman so he had a couple more questions. Called him back five minutes later no answer try two more times once leaving a message personally with the secretary and still throughout the day never heard back. I was really hoping to purchasing a 32 foot cargo gooseneck trailer this weekend but after this, I’ll take my business to somebody else who appreciates it more.

In order to rent a trailer from us, we require you to provide us with a valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance.
Is there a deposit required for rentals?
Yes, we do require a deposit upon pickup of the trailer. The deposit may vary based on the trailer and the length of the rental.
Can I cancel or reschedule my rental?
Yes, we can certainly assist with making changes to your rental provided that we have the appropriate availability.
What happens if the trailer is damaged during the rental?
If you encounter issues, or cause damage with your rental, please call us immediately. We will help to figure out the plan of action to move forward. We understand that things happen, but we ask that you treat our trailers like they are your own.

We offer a variety of rental trailers including utility, dump, enclosed, snowmobile, equipment, and ATV trailers.

How long can I rent a trailer for?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly trailer rentals. If you don’t see a rate listed on our inventory page, fill out the request form and we’ll get an estimate together for you.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
We do not offer one-way rentals as we are an independent trailer dealer located in Minnesota.
What are your rental rates?
Our rental rates are listed on our rental inventory page and also provide more information about each trailer.
What trailers will my vehicle tow?
We recommend checking the tow capacity for your vehicle listed in your vehicle’s owner manual. Ensure that the GVWR of the trailer is within the listed tow capacity of the trailer. Most trailers over 3,000# GVWR will also require a vehicle brake controller as they will have brakes on both axles. Verify that your vehicle has the appropriate brake controller and receptacles before picking up your rental.
Are there any mileage limits or additional charges?
We do not have mileage limits, however pickup and dropoff is required at our dealership in Ramsey, MN.
Do you offer financing options for trailer purchases?
Yes! We offer both traditional financing and rent-to-own options for individuals and businesses.
What are the typical financing terms?
Financing terms vary depending on the trailer being purchased, the finance vendor used, and your credit history. Fill out our financing application to get approved today!
What credit score do I need to qualify for financing?
There is no minimum credit score to qualify for financing at M&G. We have options for all credit situations including those with limited credit history or poor credit. Our finance team is here to help you find the right financing option!
Do you offer financing for both new and used trailers?
Yes! We utilize lenders that assist with financing both new and used trailers. We can even help you finance things like truck beds or roll-off dumpsters!
Can I finance a trailer using business financing?
You certainly can! We work with businesses of all sizes in any industry to get the trailers they need, offering a wide variety of terms and options.
What information do I need to apply for financing?
For most lenders, we need personal details, income information, and the specific trailer you are looking to finance. We encourage you to find your ideal trailer first so we can find the best financing options for you.
Is there a down payment required for financing?
Some lenders do require a down payment but many will get you on the road with little to no money down depending on your credit situation and the price of the trailer.
How long does it take to get approved for financing?
Most finance applications are processed same-day. This allows us to get you on the road as quickly and easily as possible. Apply online from anywhere to get approved before you even enter our dealership!
Are there any early payoff penalties?
Almost all of our lenders allow for early payoffs without any penalty. Other administrative charges may apply for certain situations.
Can I trade in my old trailer to help with the down payment?
Yes! We love to take trade-in trailers and strive to get you a great value. With trade-ins, you save even more on your new trailer as it reduces your taxable purchase amount.
What is Rent-to-Own program?
The Rent-to-Own program allows you to rent a trailer, providing you the opportunity to own it at the end of your rental period. This offers you a flexible and affordable way to get the trailer you need without a large upfront payment and no hard credit check!
How does the Rent-to-Own program work?
You select a trailer, sign a rental agreement, and make monthly payments for the duration of the rental period. After fulfilling the payment term, ownership of the trailer is transferred to you.
Is a hard credit check required for Rent-to-Own?
No, the Rent-to-Own program does not require a hard credit check. It's designed to make trailer ownership accessible, regardless of your credit history. There is a soft credit pull on your history but this is not reported to the credit bureaus.
