  Tried Valvoline Instant Oil Change for the first time and had an outstanding experience. We pulled straight in with no wait, and the manager was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. He explained the whole process clearly, showed us everything on the screen, and kept us informed the entire time. Being able to stay in the car while they completed the service made it quick and convenient. They honored the new customer coupon with no hassle, and I really appreciated their honesty when discussing recommended services. Instead of pushing unnecessary add-ons, they told us what could wait and even suggested going to the dealership for the transmission service. They finished by asking if we had any questions and even wiped down the hood to remove fingerprints. Fast, transparent, fairly priced, and genuinely friendly service. We’ll absolutely be back.

  My 2nd visit to this location, great team. Graham seems to be a great manager, heard him giving the team lots of opportunities to find the answers on any questions that came up during my oil change. Brandon, Wyatt & Bishop were all all fantastic!

  I just received an oil change from these young men, and they were great and did a great job!! I normally change my own oil, but when you get old it's tough. Thanks guys!

  The crew working were great people. They kept a conversation going, and didn’t pressure into extra services. They recommended but didn’t push. The Prior Lake location is where I’m going everytime now

  I can't say enough good things about my experience today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Prior Lake. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Graham is doing an amazing job leading the team. They were all very attentive and respectful. They explained everything they were doing and were very thorough. I usually dread getting my oil changed because I still have memories of the old days where the staff showed you your supposedly dirty air filter every single time. This team recommended some things but there was no pressure. This was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change and I will definitely be back. So glad they are in the neighborhood!
