- KWKylie WarrenDec 15, 20255.0i have to shoutout the assistant manager Graham. i’d never gone to a valvoline before & he made it so easy & made everything very understandable to me, someone who doesn’t know a thing about oil changes/cars. the place i took my car to before unfortunately screwed my oil drain plug on too tight & no one on the team was able to get it off. the team still made sure i had a new oil filter & was at a safe oil lever before i left! thank you Graham for being an amazing asst. manager & thank you to the team who made sure i understood what was going on! 10/10 recommend!
