  I'm sorry to report I had a terrible experience here and cannot recommend this location. I took a day off work to do some errands that were over due, one being an oil change. I drove to the 55 location as it is minutes from my home and was pleased that they ushered me right in, no waiting, not at this point at least... Sadly the mechanic under the car broke the oil cap that holds in the filter. It took them a while to reveal this to me. I watched at least one car that arrived after me come and go. They said they were going to try to fix it. After several more minutes they said it was not repairable and they would go down the highway to Napa and get a new one. Tick tock, tick tock. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes later, they explained that the only replacement part for my 2022 Hyundai Tucson was at the Bloomington dealership. A quick Google maps told me that was 25 minutes each way. I've already watched three of four customers come and go and now I have, at least, another hour. The staff was as nice as they could be, but it was clear no one wanted to look at me as I awkwardly sat there and streamed YouTube TV. Eventually the part arrived and it was installed. They said the cost of the oil change would be reimbursed and could they get my email and cell so the manager could contact me. There was discussion of perhaps an additioinal free oil change the next time. Three days later my account showed a credit. I never got a call, never got an email, never even got a coupon for $10 bucks off for my next one. And wouldn't it be nice if the story ended here? It doesn't. As usual during the oil change they extract and display your engine filter and show you how dirty it is and ask if you'd like them to install a new one. But as I has already ordered both the engine and cabin filters on Amazon, I declined. But did I install them when I came back from the oil change from hell? No. Several days later I remembered and opened my hood to swap out the filter. What's this? Why did the latch mechanism come off in my hand? And why are the hinges on the actuall filter cover broken? Can I prove they broke my filter cover? Of course not. The last time I had my oil changed was at the Hyundai dealership off 394. I'm guessing they didn't do it, what with being certified and all. I don't know how much that repair is gonna be, not sure I wanna find out. It's disappointing that whoever did it didn't have the integrity to own it.

  Sat in line for over an hour, only for them to tell me they didn't have oil for my vehicle. It's a popular vehicle, you could have told me when I checked in

  Quick and Professional service, Staffs were friendly, I went for the service during last 30mins of service time so only oil change was done, I did not hear about other services.
