    I came in for an oil change right before close and Jasper and his team were extremely professional and efficient with Excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location for my next oil change

    Oil was fine....I left and my oil pressure light kept going off I had to return and get a new filter but it seemed like a fiasco to do so.....and light stayed on....this has never happened before.Manager said they could do nothing

    The wait was only 5 minutes and I got right in. Was attended to right away and it was the quickest oil change I think I’ve ever gotten. Thank you!!

    I've been going to this location for years. My wife went roughly 45 min before close and was treated so poorly by the manager/supervisor (bigger blonde guy) we will not be returning. No lights check. No tire pressure check. When she asked said manager he stated, "I'm sure they're (the tires) alright." She then had to ask one of the gracious young employees who then found all four tires were low. Its listed as part of their service and we count on it as you'll never find a gas station with a working air hose. So in summary: the manager was willing to risk the health and welfare of my wife by failing to perform all of the safety inspections included in the service. There's another Valvoline a mile east on 55. Go there.
