The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was paid by State Farm. The vehicle was clean, well appointed, and got a surprisingly high 33 MPG. My only beef was me needing to replace the battery in the key fob, costing $8. Instead of providing a credit to my card, I was given a business card with the managers signature good for a free tank of gas I well never use. I would still recommend.

The agent who picked me up from the auto repair shop was knowledgeable and made the process very easy to understand. When we arrived, another agent let me know they had just received a vehicle that was much closer to what I originally requested. He took the extra time to clean it and run it through the car wash before handing it over, which I really appreciated. Returning the vehicle was quick, informative, and hassle-free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location.
