  Unfortunately I was the victim of a hit and run and was not pleased that I had to bring my car in to get fixed. Luckily, I chose ABRA who partnered with Enterprise to make the entire process and seamless and painless as possible. I cannot commend them enough for their service, speed and communication throughout the entire ideal.

  Very pleased with the friendly workers. They were very warm and answered all our questions. Wonderful experience and would use enterprise again.

  We were very pleased with Chris and Ryan when stopping down to rent our vehicle, as well as drop off. Very business oriented. We will be back again when we need a vehicle. Thank you ! Marty and Deb Rethemeier

  I had to use a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. It was a 100% insurance covered. I only had to provide a credit card just in case I returned the rental needing fuel. Ryan guaranteed my card would not be charged at all. A week into the rental they charged me the full rental fee and tried gaslighting me into thinking that they were in the right and my insurance company would reimburse me. That is exactly opposite of what my insurance company said, what Ryan told me, and what my contract said. Chris refused to refund the fee and acted like it was normal to change the terms of the contract and run my credit card without my consent. I had to file a police report and threaten to open up a corporate complaint against Ryan and Chris for them to refund my money. Their behavior is unacceptable! Stealing from customers and forcing customers into filling a police report just for you to do the right thing is not a good business practice. They ended up refunding me everything and apologized, but they already crossed a line that any apology was useless. Reaching into my pocket and taking my money without my permission is unforgivable. They started everything off on the wrong foot. First they brought me a Durango yet I wasn’t authorized anything that big. Ryan told me it was fine and it wasn’t. I had to drive 90 miles round trip to switch it out the same day for a Chevy Trax. The Trax was on empty with the fuel light on. All Chris did was shrug and say “You want it or not”. I literally had to drive directly to the gas station. These clowns have no idea what they are doing. They made what should have been a simple easy rental into an extremely stressful situation that was absolutely avoidable. I will never rent from Enterprise again.

  Easy as could be. Questions answered. Would rent again. Chris took care of it all young kid took my money, Dante? Dirka dirka? I don't know either way it was all good. Car was clean cheap and available. What more would you want? DONT know what problems others had, maybe their expectations differed from mine.
