I'm a first time driver and didn't really know
much when my car needed an oil change. I
learned that my car could potentially have
two different motors which meant there was
a couple outcomes. Bre did some searching
for me about what motor I actually have and
helped me find all the right things for it.
Including my exact filter, oil and a couple
other things needed. She was very friendly
and beyond helpful.

A great groups of managers and associates probably the best group ive seen working together there since 2007, they all deserve an extra miler, for the jobs they have done and how they have turned that store around in just 6/7 months, I definitely will not do business with anyone else, big shout out to store 3090,

William was friendly, helpful and courteous. I was short on time so I called in and he had what I needed ready and waiting for me.

I don’t give this review lightly; some might even say I rarely ever give out five stars. I make an exception due to the outstanding customer service and education they offered me on my vehicle. The manager Willam was able to perfectly diagnose my precious caliber and save her from the junk yard! Needless to say I will be coming back- with friends no less!!!!

I stopped by because my engine light was on, so I asked the gentleman to help me find out what was going on with my car. He came outside with some equipment and hooked it up to my car and went into the building and didn’t say anything to me. I stood outside for a little bit and then I went back inside to find out what was going on. He was helping another few gentlemen and kind of yelled back at me that he wasn’t able to help me. I should call him a mechanic. I drove down the road to O’Reilly’s In Waseca and they were able to hook up the machine to see what was wrong with my car and gave me the information I needed and I ended up spending $40 there at their shop
