I pull in and they tell me they’re completely out of conventional oil because of tariffs. The employees are making jokes about how I’ll just have to pay more and that I should have came last week if I wanted conventional oil.

- AMabigail marieNov 12, 20254.0look, i'm a valvoline lover, but this place is great. i'm used to the location on snelling (which also has great staff, it's just WAY busier and not optimized in building space for the volume), so being able to breeze in and out in under 15 minutes without waiting to pull in was amazing. i was a little disappointed to not see a woman on staff, but all the men there were a good mix of professional and fun. my main point of interaction was trill (i believe that was his name), and he was very personable while also efficient. the vibes here seem really good; everyone appears to get along and work really well together. no complaints, and after a second experience when i need my oil changed again, i'm sure i'll bump it up to 5 stars

I needed records from my car that I have owned since 2016, and they are refusing to give them to me because their employees did not change the name in the system from the last owner to mine. This company needs to fix their systems, or find competent employees who will do their jobs correctly. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT reccomend this horrible company to anyone.
