At some point he noticed my engine mount bolt had walked itself out and was no longer connected. He took an extra 10-15 minutes to remount it for me and upon driving out of there I noticed how much smoother my car felt right away. It’s the excellent customer service like the one Marty provided me with that has kept me a loyal customer to Valvoline since I first began driving. I love being able to see the work being done on my vehicle and the staffs excellent communication with me throughout the entire process!

Some locations not so good, they were wonderful checked my brakes, lights, tire pressure, wipers. I did have a brake light out and rear wiper blade had a crack. Mr. Robinson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely return. All of the young men were wonderful.
