  Very disappointed in this location. Came here for the first time today due to an emergency situation and just had to get a quick change done. Normally I diy and use the absolute best quality oil and filter But since I didn't have time and the car was overdue because of heavy driving, I figured I'd pull in here. My plan was to get just a basic oil.Change , get everything topped off and deal with it again when I get back home. Wow! To my surprise they did not offer conventional oil. This would have been nice to know before they already had me pull in and start working on the car. At that point I felt trapped and just had to go with whatever they had next up on the list. Turns up next stop isn't even full synthetic but is almost $90 with tax. That is absolutely insane! The oil they use literally costs $24 a gallon and my car doesn't even take a full gallon. It's a Toyota RAV4. I don't know what kind of oil filter they use but I'm sure it's their basic unit so what are we talking....another $9? How in the name of God do you justify charging this difference for just telling me what I already know about my headlights and signals and not even having the ability to top off my air pressure because their hose doesn't have an adapter that fits through my wheel covers? I politely suggested maybe someone could take the wheel covers off and add air as a courtesy. No one stepped up. At that point. I decided I would never come here again and that is why I'm writing this substandard review. I understand everything is more expensive these days, but this is pure robbery.

  The tech said the tire pressure should be 36, it was 41 and he said that’s ok. Didn’t fix it. Not sure washer fluid was filled. He tested my battery but said he couldn’t get a reading, I told him a month ago the tester wasn’t working as they said my battery was good and I went out of town w a bad battery and a vehicle that wouldn’t start. It was a new battery he was testing, so the equipment was faulty. I called the next day and talked to Hogan about the poor experience and he was defensive, I asked to have his manager call me and he said “no one will call you” and hung up on me. I called corporate and am still waiting for a call from the area manager, it’s been over 2 business days.

  Cain and the entire team were very efficient and a pleasure to chat with while they took care of our oil, light replacement, and engine air filters. Pleased with their competitive pricing. Already looking forward to our next service at this location!

  I go over there and change my oil every 3000 miles they do a really good job and they're very thorough with the oil change they do all the points. The only downside is there always trying to sell me an air filter for $38 when I can get one at Walmart for $11. Because they do such a thorough job I will be going back there and getting my oil changed every 3,000 MI.

  Was a bit of a wait as they were busy. My change oil sensor is still on. Not sure how to get rid of that. It says that was taken care of. Obviously, it wasn't. The paperwork also states they put air in my tires. I never saw them put air in them. By the time I drove the 5 miles home, the back driver's side tire was down to 24psi. So, I had to go put air in all 4 tires as they were all low.
