I have taken multiple vehicles to 180 Collision. Jamie has always done great work for me. Most recently my son was home from school & needed his car repaired on a tight timeline before he had to go back to school. Jamie ordered parts in advance & was ready to begin work as soon as we dropped the car off. He finished the repairs & had the car ready on time. The car looks new again! Thanks Jamie!

Jamie and his company is amazing. He does quality work and recently helped out my Mom after my Dad passed by inspecting a used car for her that was repaired from after an accident. I have had him do rust repair on my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado (which is hard to find people to do) and he did an excellent job. If you are looking for a fair priced auto body shop that is honest and does quality work then this is the one for you! His shop is my shop going forward and I will people know if they have a need for auto body repairs. Thanks again Jamie!

Jamie is fantastic to work with! His shop is always clean, he is always smiling, he explains everything to you from the insurance process to what needs to be done to make your ride looking new again. His prices are fair & competitive. You can tell he takes pride in a job well done. I had my hood replaced when a heavy metal roof rack fell off the shelf and crushed the hood, once Jamie had worked his magic - it looked brand new. I love that he is local and easy to work with, I recommend all my clients visit him for repairs. No matter how big or small the job - Jamie gets it done right the first time.

A homey feel, this friendly small-town Mr. Fix-it will impress you with how he unimpresses all impressions made on your vehicle. He works with your needs, and walks you through what's wrong, what's REALLY wrong, and where he's going to look for parts--I said get what's REALLY wrong at a junkyard, skip what's wrong, and glue down anything that'll fall off! I ended up paying a fraction of the estimate he gave the insurance! $$!
Frequently Asked Questions About 180 Collision Inc
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
While appointments aren't strictly necessary for estimates, as many collision centers accept walk-ins, scheduling one ensures you'll receive faster service and dedicated time with an estimator.
How long will my vehicle repairs take?
The duration of repairs varies based on factors such as damage severity, parts availability, and insurance approval. Minor repairs might be completed in a few days, while extensive collision repairs could take several weeks.
Can you work directly with my insurance company?
We collaborate with all major insurance providers to facilitate the claims process, aiming to minimize stress for our customers.
Will you use original manufacturer (OEM) parts?
Our preference is to use OEM parts when possible to maintain quality and safety standards. If aftermarket parts are suggested, we'll consult with you before proceeding.
Do you provide a warranty on repairs?
We offer a warranty covering both parts and labor, providing assurance that your repairs are protected.
Can you help arrange a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?
We have partnerships with rental agencies and can assist in arranging a rental vehicle, which is often covered by your insurance policy.
What happens if additional damage is found during repairs?
Upon discovering any hidden damage, we promptly contact you and your insurance company to revise the estimate and obtain approval before continuing the repair process.
Do you offer paint-matching services?
We utilize advanced color-matching technology to ensure the new paint application blends seamlessly with your vehicle's original finish.
Will my car be safe to drive after repairs?
Safety is our primary concern. All repairs adhere to manufacturer specifications, and we conduct thorough inspections before returning your vehicle to ensure its safety.
Am I required to take my vehicle to the repair shop my insurance recommends?
Minnesota law states that you are not obligated to obtain multiple estimates or use an insurance-recommended shop. You have the right to choose your preferred repair facility. While insurance companies may suggest preferred shops, it doesn't guarantee faster or higher quality repairs compared to those performed at 180 Collision Inc.
