Stopped this morning after 8:30, drove in over the bell hose and sat there. 1 car iside, 3 in the employee parking area. Nomovement inside, noticed the OPEN sign was not lit. Backed out and left. Wen to the in in Faraibault and got the same response. 1 car inside, only 1 car outside. Time to go back to changing my own oil. Nobody wants to work anymore!

It wasn’t until after he put it in that he informed me he had to charge me for labor, which equaled the cost of a new filter- $50. He said he was being transparent. That is not transparency. After years of going to Valvoline, I will not be returning. This is not the kind of customer service I want or need. My money will be appreciated elsewhere.
