  We had a great experience buying from Nelson Auto Sales. Jo Ann was extremely helpful, and very open about the vehicle's history and anything they did to it before selling. No pressure to buy, just honesty and great cars. All the vehicles on the lot are extremely clean. So glad we stopped in, and we really like our new vehicle!

  Very friendly staff, great mechanic, and a great location, great vehicles to pick from. JoAnn stands behind her words because I have my car less then 2 weeks and a service engine light came on and and I called them and she said to bring it in and they check the code and it was my catalytic converter and they cleared the code and tow days later it came back on and I going to take it back to them early this week but due to the nasty cold weather I brought it in on Friday and had my car back on Saturday, and she gave me her car to drive to and from work and back to pick up my car.

  Can not be trusted at all. She does not stand behind her products. Within 2 weeks the car had transmission problems and brake problems. They obviously do not check them out, just clean them up and sell em.
