When they went to balance the steers they weren't satisfied with one after 1st try. Rather than load up rim with weights they actually remounted it in a different rim position. It was a good move. It turned out nearly balanced and only took a couple little weights. I was impressed.

We love how close they are to where we live, and their hours of operation are reasonable.

I searched their website and found a set I like, their in store salesman wouldn't honor the online price. I went ahead and bought the tires and immediately my truck was not handling correctly. I called the shop and all I was told was that it was normal new tire squirm and to keep driving it. I went ahead and did some front end work that I knew was needed including ball joints and tie rods. The problem never got better. My mechanic actually did eliminate the problem by testing with a set of tires he had in the shop. When I called A1 again they invited me to bring it in only to tell me that it was an issue with the ball joints and that there was nothing they could do since I was out of the 30 day/1000 mile warranty (which conveniently is the first I heard of this warranty). I went to another tire shop who noticed the defect and helped me with the manufacturer warranty and pick out a new set of tires. The problem instantly went away and my truck is handling the way it should. I wouldn't bother with A1 again with the number of good tire shops around.
