  Waited close to an hour for an oil change. Pulled in and was told they don't have my usual and I would have to pay more for the Full Synthetic kind. Took 25 more minutes to finish and then they forgot to apply my coupon. It wasn’t until I got home I realized, went back, and was told by the manager “there is nothing we can do”. In the end, they took a picture of my receipt and told me I will get a $25 credit at my next oil change. Not sure if it’ll be worth going back…

  Last oil change at valvoline,last fall,my neighbor just did my oil this year ,and noticed a14mm socket on my drain bolt still attached from when valvaine did the job,and said it wasn't even tight, unscrewed by hand ,he said.they shouldn't even get my 1 star review,but got to post something.

  Went in for an oil change and even with being busy, the line moved quickly. Once I was in the bay, I was out in under 20 minutes. All the guys working were nice, polite, and respectful.

  Been going to this location for 8 years. Unfortunately I won't be back. Needs to be restaffed. 35 min. Wait with 2 cars in the bays and they weren't even done when I left. Another car left right before me and there were 4 people in line. I watched the employees walking around at a snails pace. Sad to see.

  Always professional, always friendly, great group of employees. They fixed a broken windshield wiper with no charge.
