So I go in to have them top it off. Mind. You no one has touched it since they did and Now they're telling me it can't come off. And I should take it to a mechanic. Which tells me they obviously threaded on incorrectly or something of that nature. After two years of coming to this store, I will no longer use their services

When I was the only vehicle in line, a guy approached the vehicle and told me to pull into Bay 2 because they would be done next. Someone else pulls in line into Bay 1, and 10 minutes later is let in. Another 15 minutes go by before Im let in, and the car in Bay 1 is done with their oil change 5 min later. When I mentioned it, I got the "I dont make the rules I just follow them" response. Pretty poor customer service, timeliness (overall 1 hr and 10 min), and cost ($125 for full synthetic oil change) make it not worth the visit. I would recommend anywhere else for better prices, faster service, and/or better customer service.
