  I have an older car and it requires parts from time to time. I usually go with AutoZone because I like them except for this particular store I don't think I'll ever come back to this store again. There was never any trouble picking up the parts with the last name and the people who usually work the counter had an idea that a order had come in. She couldn't even find the order on the computer without the order number or actually maybe their phone number I don't know she was not very nice about it it seemed like she didn't want to get the order just wanted to argue yeah I don't recommend this store tell you what , it was a miserable experience and I won't be coming back here to this store. I still like AutoZone

  The man who helped me was kind, understanding, and very professional. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by two employees in the back who were loudly arguing and using inappropriate language for the entire store to hear. One of the women also came across as rude, which made things even worse. Overall, it felt very unprofessional and took away from what could have been a good experience.

  Very good customer service. All my questions answered and gave me a brand new battery because mine was not working, and I bought it one year ago.
