  Joshua really helped me out! I bought a battery a year ago and it quit working. Due to the cold they couldn't replace it because they're out of stock. Ugh.. Joshua found a better option for me and I really appreciate the knowledge and the patience while helping me out. Service is a wonderful thing when it's done right. Thank you again!

  Big shout out to Ciara the Store manager! After getting denied help to change my battery by one employee she quickly stepped in to get the job done. This particular time there was a blizzard outside and without hesitation she was there to help. I couldn’t be more happier to have a new battery and someone with great customer service install it! Definitely will be back!

  I was in yesterday afternoon to purchase a new battery and wiper blades. Sebastian was amazing. He installed my battery even with the cold temps and insisted on doing the wiper blades too. It took a while because he wasn’t familiar with my vehicle but he made sure it was done. I was very impressed with his service. He did this while his manager, knowing Sebastian was unfamiliar with my vehicle, sat inside not even bothering to come and check to see if we needed help. In fact, he even came out the front for a cigarette break at one point and never even wandered over to make sure everything was going okay.

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Tim at the AutoZone in Mound view. This man went above and beyond to help me out when I was dealing with several issues at once. My trunk wasn’t opening right, my key fob was acting up, and I also had a ground wire problem that had been giving me trouble for a while. Tim didn’t just point me to the aisle—he actually came outside, took his time, and walked through each issue with me step by step. He diagnosed the problem quicker than I expected, explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure I left with the right parts and the right fix. His patience, professionalism, and customer service were honestly some of the best I’ve ever experienced at any auto parts store. If anyone in the area needs real help from someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares, go see Tim at AutoZone. He definitely turned a stressful day into a smooth one. Highly recommend!
