This particular time there was a blizzard outside and without hesitation she was there to help. I couldn’t be more happier to have a new battery and someone with great customer service install it! He installed my battery even with the cold temps and insisted on doing the wiper blades too. It took a while because he wasn’t familiar with my vehicle but he made sure it was done. I was very impressed with his service. He did this while his manager, knowing Sebastian was unfamiliar with my vehicle, sat inside not even bothering to come and check to see if we needed help. In fact, he even came out the front for a cigarette break at one point and never even wandered over to make sure everything was going okay.
