My battery isn't a year old and they're trying to blame my problems on that Instead of they're equipment,and also good luck trying to get them to pay if you have to have it towed to your service center because of it! The tow company that brought my car up there the 1st time told me the same thing (and obviously the problem isn't fixed) that previous customers,have also had problems with it,if customer service tells you they'll pay for it good luck!
