All 5 crew members on the floor and NOT even one guy could go down stairs to help the one guy out!!! It gets even better!! A car next to me in bay 3 was turned away from getting a tire rotation because they (all 5) couldn't figure out how to take the tires off. Now I'm heading to the shop to get my skid plate fixed!! If you want good quality work definitely avoid this place!!!!!
