- MLMark LocascioMar 22, 20251.0This place most definitely needs to be reported for fraud/scamming the customers. I stay in Minnesota and it’s been a very cold winter. I talked to an agent and per law in Minnesota, you are allowed to unscrew the device and take it inside with you if you’re going inside of a store so that you don’t miss a test. A agent literally talked with me for 10 minutes over the phone and assured me I would not be charged a lockout violation 12 fee charge. Well I got a violation fee charge and the agents that I talked with flipped the script and told me other wise. It’s always non-English people you are routes to when trying to dissolve a mishaps or mistake. They say you’re supposed to report a oil change or maintenance, but I’m afraid to even get a damn oil change and report it as directed, I feel like I’m going to be scammed out of $200 again, because you have to pay $30-$50 to the Trandem place and thats paid regardless if there was an error as in my case. This is not right, and this needs to be reported to someone that can hold this company liable for running this type of practice. I only have a few months til I get my license back. I can’t wait!!!!!
