  I have always had the best experience with the Sales/Service/Parts teams at this dealership - Dan in Service is top-notch! I have purchased many toys starting back in 2002 (ATV) - 2007 (motorcycle) - 2023 (UTV) - and will always refer anyone looking for adventure to this dealership.

  My experiences have been a mixed bag at Moon. I purchased one preowned motorcycle a couple of years ago...no issues with that at all. Most of my issues have actually been related to service. Much longer waits than promised or discussed, repeat visits to fix things that really could and should have been fixed the first time around...costing me many extra hours of time. Certain service advisors there can become quickly impatient, as though I am bothering them, and some have a tendency to be dismissive of my concerns. Management has always been very responsive to my concerns after the fact, though, so that's a good thing. I just wish I hadn't ever felt like I had to get management involved in the first place, for a proper resolution.

  Moon has provided excellent service for both my BMW's. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, fair, and reliable are descriptors that come to mind for Moon Motorsports service. Looking forward to a new bike purchase in the coming year and my experience with Moon Motorsports service is a major factor in looking to Moon for my new bike.

  I've been a customer of Moon Motors for decades. I keep going back despite the fact I have much closer options for servicing my Triumph. The experience keeps getting better, and I am not exaggerating. They've come a long way, and are very professional and pleasant to work with. I love the new Michelins and the throttle adjustment -- it's like a new bike! Thanks again, Moon Motorsports.

  Moon Motorsport refused to work on my 2001 Honda CBR929RR with under 20,000 miles on it sight unseen. I was simply looking for an oil change and to look at why the fuel pump wasn't coming on. They said that it is to old for them to work on. I think it is pretty ridiculous that a Honda Motorcycle dealer won't work on a fuel injected Honda Motorcycle of almost any age. If they can't handle servicing that, I don't know that I would trust them with anything else.
