  Called to confirm a reservation this morning only to be told by the rep, he was busy and needed to call me back in 10 min. Never heard back from him, then called back only to find out they closed at 12pm. So no call back, no rental for the weekend. Why is it so hard to find any decent places anymore that do business. It's a joke. Crappy businesses, over worked employees. Typical experience. Poor customer service.

  We were "partnered" with this location while our car was getting repaired through an insurance claim at Gerber Auto and Glass. We have rental insurance through our own insurance provider, so we were charged $450 for a 9-day rental, which was paid through our claim. We were also charged $228 for insurance on the rental car (again, for 9 days of coverage) even though rental cars are insured through our own provider. I called Enterprise in Monticello to see if this could be reimbursed, as we were charged $228 for something we didn't need in the first place and was told this could not be possible. I also asked if I could speak to the person who charged us this fee and was told that he was not available, that they could not transfer me to his voicemail and that they could not give me their phone number. So $678 for a 9 day rental, I would look elsewhere even if your auto body shop says they are affiliated with them. UPDATE - a representative from Monticello Enterprise followed up and corrected the issue referenced above which is greatly appreciated. rating has been updated.

  EXTREMELY over priced! I just asked Enterprise customer service why their weekly rate is $2,000 more for the EXACT same class/vehicle, extra coverages, discounts, etc. Their reply was in summary "because we can, we do". Driving 45-60 minutes to Hertz vs 5-10 minutes to Enterprise is 100% worth saving $2,000.

  Ryan and the Monticello Team always deliver. The are informative and always work quickly to get you on the road. We really enjoyed the Audi Q3 we rented this past weekend. Very clean upon delivery. Well done folks!

  Enterprise rental has been my go to place for rental cars. I like that they will pick me up The people are very nice, and helpful. This last time they gave me an upgrade, which was 2024 Nissan Suv. I was very pleased
