  I cannot find my exact review but my initial review was not great as we had a lot of complications on our first rental here , we came to find out it was managements first week in the job and we totally understand that mistakes can happen in that time , they did apologize and we appreciate that alot ! We have rented from here two times after that and they have been great even “upgrading us” . We are renting from them this week again and looking forward to it .

  This place delivers the kind of customer service you’d expect from a collapsing circus. Every location I’ve visited has been a pleasure, but this one takes the crown. The tall, dark haired, stiff-as-a-flagpole woman at the counter acted like basic courtesy was beneath her. Zero professionalism, zero effort, zero clue. She carried herself with the kind of miserable attitude that screams she’s already given up on her job and everyone around her. If this is their idea of customer service, it’s a joke. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this location entirely.
