They couldn't get the furnace running and the auto-level jacks didn't like the cold. Both fron fenders were broken and held in place with tape. Three of the basement doors had broken latches so they wouldn't latch. I was surprised they didn't tell me the furnace doesn't like cold weather too. All they wanted was to get me in the office to get the paperwork done ASAP. They obviously didn't go through the camper to make sure everything worked. One star is being generous.
