  I loved being able to choose the scar I wanted from a large number of possibilities. Check in and check out was very quick and easy.

  When I picked up my car, it had no gas so I had to put gas in it. Then the loose gas cap warning kept blinking regardless how many times I checked it. Then the low washer fluid warning kept flashing. The car drove well but the warnings flashing every time I turned on the car was annoying. When I dropped it off, I told the attendant, who really didn't care. Don't know that I would go out of my way to rent from them again.

  This National has THE best customer service on the planet!! Everybody was so helpful from the moment I walked up to the counter. The employees are so friendly! When I returned my car and needed to check another out they did everything possible to ensure moving all my luggage from one car to another was smooth. They found the car I wanted, and helped my friend find the car she wanted (which was returned the moment we were standing there. They are just amazing. Ben and Mohammed (hope I spelled that right) at the front counter are AMAZING! The manager Marcus, went above and beyond! Sean and the young lady who name starts with a T I think, outside at the cars were AMAZING. Great place to go.
