    If i could give it 0 stars I would there are 3 chargers - one defaulted when I plugged in. One was down and then the one side I sent to defaulted when I plugged in. Horrible experience. The charging cord is also stuck in my car.

    These are GREAT chargers, when they are available. However, the new Waymo vehicles continously rotate through these chargers making them very difficult to use. I'm begging you EVgo 🙏 please ban Waymo so your local clients can use these chargers again! Thank you for the reply! However, today 1/31/26 chargers are again taken by Waymo 😞

    You may have to have a new special adapter to use these chargers. My car was super low (because the cold drained it very fast)and I came here instead of going to a supercharger and then realized my normal adapter wouldn’t work for these chargers. 🙀 I was at 1% when I got a regular charger. And when I looked on the app there is no indicator this charger requires a special adaptor.
