I went to this place for an oil change. While waiting outside, I turned the car off because the weather wasn’t too cold. After about half an hour, they called me in. I went inside, turned the car off again as requested. After the oil change, they asked me to start it—it wouldn’t start. I told the employee the battery was fine. He said they checked it and recommended replacing it. I insisted my battery was good. They jump-started it, and I drove off. I drove about 70 miles, turned it on and off multiple times—no issue at all. I just want to advise people to be cautious and check everything before accepting suggestions.
