  Such great service both at pick up and drop off! I went to the wrong terminal drop off and the lady was so kind, she gave me the correct address and helped me out of the parking lot. Thank you!!

  The car and process were fine. The employee who checked me out was less than friendly though, and called me out for taking a car from the wrong section. I am an Emerald Aisle frequent renter, but the Emerald Aisle had about two vehicles in it (a truck and a van), and the Executive about dozens of cars so I took a car which more closely fit my reservation. I was called out and told that next time I would have to switch vehicles. Kind of silly if you ask me.
