Have me recommendations and their reasons for the recommendations with time and price quotes but didn't make me feel pressured into getting any extras done, and when I declined they politely let me know that other things (such as radiator flush, filter replacement, etc) didn't need to be done during an oil change, but could be done anytime. Made me feel welcome with no pressure at all. Couldn't ask for a better experience, and every member of the crew on staff made me feel like they were happy I was there. I only wish I could give more than five stars, every member of the staff was top notch in every way! I'm never going anywhere else!
