Even with a significant staff change, the quality of service on our cars has been great. In the past week, we had new tires installed for our 2024 Prius which has an odd size Goodyear doesn't make. I worked with the staff to do a price match and get all the lifetime alignment and rotation services for our car even tho it won't have Goodyear Tires. I've recommended this shop to friends who've been treated well and recommend them to others too.

We drove over 9 hours today and found out something was wrong the last 2 hours of our trip to Minneapolis. This was the closest GoodYear to us and they closed at 6pm, we arrived at 545pm and the technician, Kahne, stayed over 2 hours after his shift to help us out! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! The Associate, Constance, was very helpful and super nice to us and didn't make us feel like a burden on their day. Sorry we kept you late but thank you all so much for the quick and efficient work!!!!

The staff there is always so courteous, and although they take a little longer than other shops to get repair work done it’s because they’re doing it right and they don’t cut corners. Following my favorite people from the Richfield store to Saint Anthony was a great decision as Brian, Constance, and we met a new guy named Robert who make this experience so amazing for us.
