  Extremely poor experience with Gary, with an insistent denied warranty claim on a battery. He was proven wrong by another service technician that was very helpful after threatening to call the BBB.

  Went in to check the health status of my battery, turns out it was dead. I was ready to buy a new battery and I asked if they could help me install it. Immediately the employee said they couldn’t because there wasn’t enough staff. There were 4 employees total! Yet, I was turned away for no legitimate reason. Poor customer service, I would give 0 stars if I could.

  Everyone working is very helpful. I typically only come in once in a while to grab a new air freshener and every time people are friendly and there to help. Employees are very knowledgeable.

  I can't say enough good things about Auto zone on 54th and Lyndale. Ben and Eric have been so generous sharing their vast car knowledge. There is no better Auto parts store in the Twin Cities!!
