I bought a battery charger but did not realize it had a wall cord, my car was at a cub foods parking lot where exactly would i charge that in the span of 15mins. (Thankfully one of the battery connectors were loose and only needed tightening.) He proceeded to accuse me of “knowing what i was gonna do just by looking at me” racist much? I did open the package but did not use the charger, as i said where exactly would I charge it in the span of that time while you would have to take the battery out from the car to do so, 15mins is not enough time to do all that. The Store won’t run out of service by me not going but people should know NEVER to let others treat them like that no matter how right they think they are.

Also this location doesn’t even let you borrow tools. I don’t even know how they’re still in business

But I give him the benefit of the doubt because he was never trained on the machine and basically had to train himself because none of the other stuck up employees were courteous enough to train him. Also if you are disliked. You will not be serviced at the counter.
