I had 4 employees make eye contact and then go back to doing something else. 1 on the phone, 1 with headphones in scanning items who went around me to continue, 1 with a pile of boxes who radiod someone else should help, and another looking for something it appeared. I left my purchase and left after all 4 decided they would rather continue doing whatever they were doing. I figured I would be nice and let them.

I brought the item back with the original packaging and receipt, but the employee acted like I was trying to scam them. They questioned everything, gave me attitude, and made me wait forever just to process a simple return. On top of that, there was no clear signage about return policies, and the staff seemed annoyed that I even asked. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. If a store can’t handle basic returns professionally, it’s not worth going back. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.
