  Didn’t want to help when I asked if they can remove my battery for me said they can’t do it I’m 71 years old if I could do it myself I wouldn’t have come to them don’t go here not helpful people just wasting your time and money told them I have a battery and tools come remove it for me but he said he can’t leave there was 4 of them and they laughed when I said my hands are cold and they just ignored me and I had to ask a gentleman outside to jumpstart my car for me horrible horrible people working there

  Extremely poor experience with Gary, with an insistent denied warranty claim on a battery. He was proven wrong by another service technician that was very helpful after threatening to call the BBB.
