    03/23/2026 at around 10:30am I arrived to have my engine light checked. It was a small line and one cashier. I looked around and I see a guy on the other register browsing on the computer with ear buds on ; I wondering why he is not helping the cashier. I walked over to the other cashier and asked if I can quickly to get my service? He looked at the line and said wait in line. I said I’ve been waiting for a 8 mins now and checking my engine light won’t even take 5 mins. “He” said no go stand in line. I asked who he was and why he is not stepping in to help. He actually said that he is the manager. Omg. The manager stated that he is busy on the phone. Meanwhile the phones were ringing non stop without anyone answering. I waited in line for 15 mins with more people behind me. When i was next in line the cashier said he couldn’t check my engine light bc he was busy. I said that it won’t take more than 5 mins. He expected me to wait for him to help 6 people behind me plus more that comes in the door to check engine light. Yea basically. I walked out. It’s a shame that this store has bad customer service. This is not the 1st time it’s been other times but this is my neighborhood store and it’s convenient! This is the last time they will waste my time. Do not come here if you want some attendant service.

    I came into the store asking for an item that I had looked up online and saw that they had in stock: stick-on cable guides for my dash cam. Rather than show me where they were, he first told me to just “tuck it into the lining“. I explained that that works for some parts of my car, but not others, as my dashcam also has a rearview camera with cables that need to go all the way to the back. He said, OK, and then took me over to the gorilla tape and told me “that’s exactly what you need!“. I looked at him and asked, “do you not carry these, because it says online that you have them in stock?”He said “we do, they’re right over there”. I have a really hard time imagining that if a man came in and asked for just about anything that he would be given two other “solutions” before showing him the product he actually asked for. And it’s not like we’re talking about engine parts or something, these are just little cable guides that cost $4.99. Apparently even those require a consultation with a man before I’m allowed to procure them. Will not be back.

    I came in yesterday 02/15/26 to purchase a battery. I was assisted by a fantastic lady and offered to use store tool. I was disappointed when a guy with an attitude just told me to make sure I return the tool. He went on to explain how "people" don't return after using their tools. At least I came in to purchase the battery not just walk in and asked for the tool. I felt like I was disrespected for spending my own money.

    Manager wouldn't give me a core charge without receipt after I tried to explain to him I lost it. Usually they are able to do it without receipt and use my number. Worse customer service not going back.
