  Alexi and Daniel Hayder were super helpful and professional. The best experience I’ve had at a car place. I’ve never been to a Valvoline before. Was super fast and they were very knowledgeable. Thank you so much I’ll definitely be back!

  Watch out for what you get charged! Was billed for wipers that they didn’t even inspect. I will say the manager took responsibility and fixed the issue therefore the 2 stars.

  Went in for a quick oil change and tire rotation and ended up waiting an hour and a half, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. The lead technician accepted the service request while the other techs openly complained—in front of me—about not wanting to do the rotation. During the service, one inexperienced technician worked on resecuring one tire while another handled the other three. It quickly became clear that the inexperienced tech didn’t know what he was doing and severely over-torqued one of my wheels, to the point that it compressed the brake pad into the rotor. This caused the brake to remain continuously engaged and squeal. When I brought the issue to their attention, the assistant manager tried to blame it on a wheel bearing and even suggested spraying oil on it as a solution—the most ridiculous diagnosis and fix I’ve ever heard. I declined and was referred to the only nearby shop open on Sundays that handles their incident claims. That shop confirmed exactly what happened. Now I’m stuck replacing the brake pad and rotor, and Valvoline is denying responsibility. What should have been a quick 30-minute service turned into a $550 bill, six-hour ordeal, and canceled plans. I would not trust this place with your vehicle.

  Kind Helpful knowledgeable Dylan was incredible. the utmost in customer service and care as my air filter was changed via removing me entire glove compartment, oh Jeep- make it simple like a push button to start an engine! Fast! And focused was Danaya, under the hood for an oil change, kind and knowledgeable. I arrived and was out in under the time it took my youth to finish a drum lesson nearby! Oil change. Air filer replaced New rear wiper And time to spare before parent pick up next door. Thank you Valvoline. You rock. Also you make saving money and time simple … the 15 minutes is five hours saved at a dealership and the ease of your online coupons. Incredible!
