  Changed my oil also checked the lights on dash I love valvoline been going to them 10+ years. I am always very satisfied with the service.

  I went for an oil change and air filter replacement. I also got my windshield wipers replaced. My engine started to sound differently and I reported it. The person in charge of that store called me immediately then immediately came to my house and fixed it. He checked my headlights for me then offered his help with it FREE of charge for my inconvenience. I've always gone there and had excellent service and will continue to go there!!! THANKS DEVON AND THE OTHER STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!

  We stopped in for a Premium Oil Change and an A/C Recharge at our local shop for our RAM 1500. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I always appreciate that they follow the trained procedures for safety and process, by calling out every step to one another, so there is a low chance of quality being sacrificed, despite the speed they work at. We had a coupon for the oil change as well, so that saved us a few dollars, which was nice. I would highly recommend the group we worked with and plan to stop in again for the next service!

  I had a bad experience at Valvoline yesterday. On my drive home after service my car started billowing black smoke and the engine light came on. I pulled over and called the store manager Savon. He left immediately to come and help. My oil was over filled. He accepted FULL accountability. He jacked the car up, drained the pan and had me follow him back to a store to fix. I understand human error happens and it wasn't how either of us expected to spend our night. He was kind, apologetic and came to my aid as fast as he could. Further more, a representative from Valvoline contacted me in the morning and refunded my bill in total. Including new air filters and brake light bulbs. Although, it was mildly frustrating in the moment Valvoline took care of the issue promptly and Savon was awesome!

  johnny is amazing! don’t get me wrong the whole crew is cool as hell but Johnny literally did his exact job. Got me my mileage sticker, updated my vehicle information. last time I came here. I didn’t get the mileage sticker nor was my vehicle information updated, so when you come here, look for Johnny.
